What is founding member pricing?
250 teams max in the founding program. A baseline of early-access teams are already in at launch; that number rises as paid Crew ($39/mo) and Company ($99/mo) teams join. Open founding spots and the “already in” count stay in sync as teams sign up. Solo stays free and does not use a founding spot.
What happens when founding spots run out?
New signups pay standard pricing ($79 Crew / $199 Company). Teams already on founding pricing keep their rate while subscribed.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with your email, set up your company, and use FieldIQ free for 14 days. We'll ask for payment details only when you're ready to keep going.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Your account stays put. If you don't subscribe, you keep read-only access for 30 days so you can export your data. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Are there per-visit or per-job fees?
Never. Your monthly price is your price, regardless of how many visits, photos, or jobsites you log.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Pro-rated automatically.
What if I have more than 5 users on Crew?
Move up to Company for unlimited users. We don't surprise-charge you for an extra seat.
