These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FieldIQ mobile application and web dashboard (the "Service") operated by DAS Inc ("FieldIQ", "we", "us") in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
1. The Service
FieldIQ is a business-to-business field service management platform. Your employer or organization ("Customer") provisions your account. The mobile app is for technicians and field staff; the dashboard at wrk.fldiq.com is for office and management users.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify your organization administrator or hello@fldiq.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other organizations' data, reverse engineer the app, interfere with system integrity, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
4. Customer data
Work data you enter (visits, photos, time records, locations) belongs to your Customer organization. FieldIQ processes that data on the Customer's behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Location and device permissions
Features such as geofenced clock-in, Find Tech, and photo capture require device permissions you grant in iOS or Android settings. Your Customer may require use of these features as a condition of employment or contract.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Organization subscriptions are sold separately via fldiq.com and wrk.fldiq.com. Mobile app download is free. Paid plan terms, trials, and cancellation are between FieldIQ and the Customer organization, not individual technicians.
7. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or mobile network conditions may affect access. Offline mode syncs when connectivity returns.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. FieldIQ disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldIQ's total liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by your Customer organization to FieldIQ in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
